Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Most orders ship out on the same day. Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays. During high-volume periods (such as holidays, sales events, or unforeseen supply issues), processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships (within 1–3 business days), you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before final payment. We currently offer:

  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $99
  • Standard carrier-calculated shipping rates on orders under $99

International Shipping

We currently ship only to U.S. addresses. International shipping will be offered in the future — please stay tuned for updates.

Delays & Partial Orders

We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, but delays may occur, including manufacturer backorders or out-of-stock situations. If an order is delayed by more than 5 business days, Essntl Health will contact you to find the best resolution for your order. However, Essntl Health reserves the right to determine final resolution for delayed orders.

Carrier Delays & Damages

Carrier Delays: If you do not receive your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will investigate.

USPS Marked as Delivered: Occasionally, USPS may mark a package as “Delivered” even though it is still in transit. This often happens when a package is sent out for delivery but the carrier is unable to complete the route that day. In most cases, the package arrives within 1–2 business days. If this occurs, we suggest checking with neighbors, your building management (if applicable), and waiting for the next day’s mail delivery before reaching out.

Damages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, details of the damage, and photos of the item and packaging. Please save all packaging materials and damaged items, as they may be required for a carrier claim. We will work with you on a satisfactory resolution on a case-by-case basis.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once your order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled or changed. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Essntl Health reserves the right to make exceptions solely at our discretion. Please see our full Refund Policy.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, with delivery taking an additional 1–4 business days depending on carrier and service. Backorders may extend the timeline.

Will I receive an order confirmation email?
Yes. You will first receive an order confirmation email, and later a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

What if items in my order are unavailable?
If items are backordered or unavailable, we will contact you to offer one of the following: wait for fulfillment, partial refund, or split shipment.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $99. From time to time, we may run special free shipping promotions.

How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your selected carrier and service.

Can I order from outside the U.S.?
Not at this time. We plan to expand to international shipping in the future.
