All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Essntl Health are final. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled. By completing checkout, you confirm that you have selected the correct products, brands, and quantities.
Order Cancellations & Restocking Fee
Orders that have been submitted but not yet fulfilled cannot be cancelled. In rare cases where Essntl Health agrees to cancel an unfulfilled order, a 5% restocking fee will apply. This fee covers non-refundable credit card processing charges.
No Refund Policy
For the safety and integrity of all customers, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. Essntl Health reserves the right to make exceptions solely at our discretion.
Out-of-Stock & Backorder Delays
- Orders cannot be cancelled due to temporary out-of-stock items. Products will ship once available.
- Products on manufacturer backorder will ship once production resumes. As an alternative, we may recommend a comparable product from another brand.
- Essntl Health is not a manufacturer and does not guarantee continuous availability of all items listed. Orders will ship once all items are in stock or you approve recommended substitutions.
Exchanges & Store Credit
Exchanges or store credit are only available in cases where Essntl Health has made an error in fulfilling your order (for example, wrong product or incorrect quantity shipped). In these situations:
- Returned products must be unopened, with all seals intact and packaging in new condition.
- Essntl Health will cover the cost of return shipping for the incorrect item and the shipment of the correct replacement product.
